1. Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Regularly complete quantified work requirements under leadership and supervision, and independently handle and solve assigned tasks.
- Reasonably use and maintain the company's client resources and develop new clients through various channels.
- Maintain contact with existing clients, conduct regular visits, carry out publicity and develop new business.
- Be responsible for regular production and publicity of the company's advertising.

2. Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in formulating market development plans, organize and execute various special surveys, provide guidance or support to subordinate members, supervise their daily activities, and assist in implementing and supervising marketing plans.
- Be responsible for developing new clients in the assigned region and collecting client information.
- Visit clients regularly, communicate with them, understand their needs in a timely manner and follow up on client status.
- Conduct market research and provide service market-positioning analysis reports.
- Accept client complaints and properly solve problems.
- Participate in contract negotiation and signing.

Requirements

3. Project Manager, Commercial Display
Responsibilities
- Assist superiors in implementing full-process control, coordination and management of large projects.
- Evaluate service quality of project suppliers and provide reasonable suggestions for project optimization.
- Complete other routine work assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred in project management, engineering technology, exhibition planning, public-relations marketing or a related field.
- One to two years of project management experience.
- CET-4 or above; proficient in engineering or design software and Office applications.
- Good planning, execution, coordination and interpersonal communication skills; strong teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, good health, diligence and adaptability to different working environments.
4. Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple large events or exhibition and display projects in an integrated manner.
- Focus on solving problems and difficulties in each project.
- Participate in formulating and implementing project management processes and systems.
- Assist the department manager in guiding project members and participate in team building.
- Complete other routine work assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of experience in public-relations planning or marketing event execution.
- Familiarity with public-relations activity processes; experience in a public-relations company or advertising company is preferred.

5. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Accurately understand client intentions, provide creative design ideas that meet client requirements in a timely manner, and organize implementation of specific creative expression.
- Support display projects, be responsible for relevant visual design work, fully use creative capability and effect, and develop ideas from concept into specific design proposals.
- Control the output quality of graphic visual work and ensure that artistic creation meets client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in fine arts, graphic design, advertising or a related major.
- More than four years of advertising-industry experience and complete creative execution experience for product-promotion campaigns; experience in exhibitions or public-relations projects is preferred.
- Strong concepts, good creativity, strong execution capability, independent working ability and good artistic sense.
- Solid fine-art and design foundation, strong visual expression and high artistic literacy.
- Excellent aesthetic awareness, broad vision, sensitivity and originality.

6. Three-Dimensional Designer
Responsibilities
- Independently complete design work for commercial exhibition and event projects.
- Complete part of the design work for permanent exhibition halls under the guidance of the lead designer.
- Assist the business division in client meetings, accurately understand client demands and explain design proposals and concepts correctly to clients.
- Complete other work assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant design field.
- At least three years of exhibition display design experience and mature understanding of display engineering.
- Comprehensive design capability, quick creative ability and solid aesthetic foundation; active thinking, strong understanding of spatial design, familiarity with reasonable allocation and use of materials, processes and costs; hand-drawing and illustration skills preferred; proficiency in 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and other design software.
7. Lead Designer
Responsibilities
- Independently complete design work for large permanent and commercial exhibition projects.
- Guide the daily design work of three-dimensional designers, participate in team creative and design work, and provide mature and feasible ideas and methods.
- Accurately understand client intentions based on client demands and coordinate effectively with other specialties.
- Complete other work assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, art design or a related field, age 25 to 35; knowledge of architecture, plane composition, industrial design, interior design, color science and landscape design; more than four years of exhibition display design experience and more than three years of exhibition-hall project experience; participation in lead design for large exhibition-hall projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw and other modeling and rendering software; certain hand-drawing ability; independent working capability, willingness to take on challenges and ability to complete creative design independently.
- Innovative design expression, leading technical level in the team, ability to control design milestones and project costs, organize design meetings, and familiarity with multimedia display methods and engineering materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
8. Planner
Responsibilities
- Participate in creative project conception and complete proposals and design-idea descriptions at each stage.
- Write various documents, including press releases, review articles, commentaries, interview articles, planning proposals and reports, and complete archiving of project documents.
- Understand project processes and assist the business division in client meetings.
- Pay attention to daily material collection and post-project material consolidation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in convention and exhibition, advertising, Chinese language or a related major.
- More than two years of exhibition planning and copywriting experience, with familiarity with the exhibition market.

9. Senior Planner
Responsibilities
- Collect and study project materials and participate in project proposal discussions.
- Draft proposal themes, display ideas and display content required for proposals.
- Based on the needs of the proposal design process, provide excellent solutions for project final goals according to client expectations and requirements, and support each professional group in organizing and submitting related materials and copy.
- Actively integrate into design work and provide creative ideas for exhibits and display items.
- Complete other copywriting work assigned by company leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, Chinese language, advertising, marketing or a related major.
- Capability in managing and coordinating project content planning; ability to accurately supervise smooth implementation of planning proposals throughout the project process; ability to independently complete project planning for large events and exhibition halls such as museums, science and technology museums, planning halls and themed exhibition halls.
- Strong literary and artistic literacy, excellent proposal writing ability and copywriting expression capability.
- Innovative capability, ability to complete content development, exhibit and display-item creation and other creative work, strong communication skills, careful thinking, pioneering spirit and outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.

10. Secretary to the General Manager
Responsibilities
- Draft comprehensive company reports, statements, summaries, plans, resolutions and official correspondence as required.
- Write and produce various company business and publicity documents.
- Organize drafting of important speeches by the general manager and main reports for work meetings.
- Prepare general manager office meetings and special meetings convened by the general manager, and take meeting minutes.
- Draft meeting minutes, communicate decisions, follow up implementation and provide feedback.
- Communicate and follow up on the general manager's instructions on documents, reports, letters and daily assigned matters, and provide feedback.
