Shanghai Modern International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is a professional exhibition company affiliated with Shanghai Donghao Lansheng International Service Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. It is the first in China to obtain ISO9000 international quality system certification for exhibition organizers. It is also a vice-chairman unit of the Shanghai Exhibition Industry Association. The company holds Level 1 qualification for exhibition display engineering from the China Exhibition Hall Association, Level 1 qualification for exhibition display engineering from the first batch of exhibition display organizations in Shanghai, and Level 1 qualification for exhibition (hosting) organizations in the first batch of the Shanghai Exhibition Industry Association. It also joined UFI (The Global Association of Exhibition and Convention Centers) in 2004 as a formal member.

Job Opening: Exhibition Project Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement annual plans for the project team; 2. Responsible for team building, management, training and guidance of business personnel, and strengthening team cooperation, improving work efficiency; 3. Lead the project team to achieve the company's sales targets; 4. Contract Management: Possess certain contract management skills, understand key legal principles in signing, and supervise contract execution; 5. Track and control the implementation and progress of the project, and regularly report and communicate work status to superiors; 6. Responsible for collecting market and industry information, and completing sales tasks on time; 7. Coordinate and resolve various issues encountered by the team during the exhibition; 8. Master the ability to develop and maintain potential markets and customer groups, and provide after-sales service to existing and new customers; 9. After the exhibition, summarize and analyze the exhibition's recruitment results.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; 2. Ability to independently manage all aspects of exhibition projects; 3. Familiarity with exhibition operations, regulations, and procedures; 4. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of attracting exhibitors; 5. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and internal departments; 6. Responsible for the daily management and operation of the team; 7. Experience with mechanical or aviation-related exhibitions or access to relevant client resources is preferred;
