International Project Director

Job Description:

1. Oversee the progress of all projects within the department, playing a key role in communication with European factories. 2. Organize and assign tasks to the team. 3. Manage and negotiate with suppliers, requiring strong negotiation skills. 4. Communicate with suppliers, managing project and supplier relationships. 5. Establish a communication platform between sales, design, and factories. 6. Manage on-site projects and business development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of work experience in the exhibition industry. 2. Familiarity with exhibition industry installation techniques and strong problem-solving skills. 3.

- Possesses strong negotiation skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to adapt work arrangements to changing circumstances.

- Frequent travel required.

- Fluent in English and Polish, with basic conversational Mandarin skills.

- Demonstrated experience and ability to manage international teams, including the ability to simultaneously oversee multiple tasks.
